The webinar Compliance Management – Avoiding liability risks to top management took place on 24 Sep 2020. The event was held by INNO-CON with the support of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Due to some recent examples of problems occurring relating to legal compliance in well-known international companies in Bulgaria, this topic is currently very delicate.
Representatives from more than 40 member companies of the Chamber took part in the event, in which the panel presented our experience in managing legal compliance in organizations as well as the challenges for senior and operational management in ensuring compliance and building compliance culture.
Mr. Heiko Schmidt, Managing Director, presented the 10 building blocks of simple compliance and Mr. Doychin Todorov, Senior Consultant, explained in detail the advantages and benefits of GEORG software for maintaining the compliance system in organizations.
